Shipping

We use Australia Post to deliver most orders. Most products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. Should there be any delay, we will contact you.

We charge a flat rate of $8.95 Australia-wide; cartons of eco-disposable nappies and baby wipes excluded.  For orders containing cartons of nappies or baby wipes we charge $10.00 for deliveries to NSW and $15.00 for deliveries to all other states; up to 2 cartons. (We will email you with a postage adjustment if you order contains more than 2 cartons). International orders are charged a flat rate of $17.50.

Ordering

The easiest way to place an order is via our secure website. Please call us on 1300 781 918 if you have any difficulties. (If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible).

We accept payment via direct deposit, PayPal and cheque or money order; all relevant details will be made available once you submit an order.

Out of Stock Items

Our website is kept up-to-date with out of stock items. However, in the rare occurrence that an item that you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.

If an item that you are interested in is listed as 'out of stock', please contact us to find out when more will be available.
