Ordering

The easiest way to place an order is via our secure website.

 

Alternatively, you can order via phone, fax, email or post:-

 

We accept payment via direct deposit, PayPal and cheque or money order; all relevant details will be made available once you submit an order.

 

Out of Stock Items

Our website is kept up-to-date with out of stock items. However, in the rare occurrence that an item that you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.

 

If an item that you are interested in is listed as 'out of stock', please contact us to find out when more will be available.

 

Delivery

We use Australia Post to deliver most orders. Most products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. Should there be any delay, we will contact you.

 

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for registered post or $9.00 for express post Australia-wide; nappy carton orders excluded. Nappy carton orders are sent via registered post (or courier) and we charge $8.00 for deliveries to NSW and $15.00 for deliveries to all other states; maximum of 2 cartons. (Please email us for a quote if you are after more then 2 cartons). International orders are charged a flat rate of $17.50.
